Our new Developing Leaders programme aims to support and prepare staff who may wish to progress to leadership and management roles with us in the future.
The programme will provide a blend of learning, mentorship, and practical experience to give you the knowledge, skills and experience to further your career with us, lead effectively and be at your best.
There are 40 places available for this initial cohort, and we want to encourage applications from across a wide variety of roles and services from people, not currently in a leadership role.

We’ll let you know by Friday 27th June if you have been shortlisted.
If successful, you’ll be invited to an informal discussion to come and talk to us about your ideas and drive to be a future leader at NWAS on either:
- 1st July
- 7th July
- 9th July
These discussions will take place via MS Teams with a panel and there will be a fair scoring system that focuses on your behaviours, values and passion to develop. Its about getting to know you!
