NWAS deliver a significant number and variety of projects across the Trust at any one time. To ensure the investment of time, money and resources into our projects have had a positive impact on stakeholders and the organisation the Programme Management Office has developed a bespoke Benefits Management Framework for NWAS. This session will provide new Benefit Owners with an overview of the tools and techniques to successfully undertake their role in benefits management.
