We are looking for passionate individuals to mentor future leaders as part of our Developing Leaders Programme.
Mentoring is a powerful way to share your knowledge, support personal and professional growth, and make a lasting impact on NWAS colleagues.
As a mentor, you will:
- Guide and support aspiring leaders in their development
- Share your experience and insights to help others grow
- Enhance your own leadership and coaching skills
- Build strong professional relationships across NWAS.
We are looking for leaders at Band 7 or above to support us as mentors on this programme. We are asking you to:
- Commit to attending the welcome and celebration events, as detailed on the slides.
- Provide at least one/two hours support to your mentee per month.
We will match you with a mentee based on your skills set, experience and try where possible to consider location.
Join us in developing the next generation of NWAS leaders!
If you’re interested in becoming a mentor, please apply now using the link below. Applications for mentors closes on Wednesday 18th June.
We will let you know if we’ve found a match for you by end of July, once the application process ends and we’ve selected mentees.
Mentor training will be available to access in August.
Take a look at these slides which provide more information about the programme and timescales.
