‘Leadership of others’ is the second module of learning from the NWAS Making a Difference Leadership Programme.

With a focus on leading teams, supported by our Be Think Do leadership philosophy and Goleman’s Emotional Intelligence model, this module looks at how we can improve our social awareness and relationship management to improve our teams. The module will also explore topics such as conflict resolution, wellbeing and how listening can be used effectively in these situations.

This module is delivered face-to-face at venues across the North West.
